Hot Stone A deep massage technique using smooth water-heated basalt stones which are carefully applied to key points on the body. The direct heat helps relax the muscles, which means the massage itself is more effective and intense. Hot stone therapy can help in the treatment of muscular aches, pains, strains and back pain. It helps improve circulation and can help reduce stress and anxiety.
Deep Tissue A massage technique that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue, aiming to release muscle tension through slow strokes and deep pressure.
The treatment focuses on specific areas, releasing toxins from muscles. This is a corrective and therapeutic form of massage. |
